Alert: issue on putty6.0-nd1.16 will clean your session config.

Thanks to Alexander Ryabov, an issue was found on putty6.0-nd1.16 that when the sessions are filtered, the 1st one's config data will be clean.
I saw it had been downloaded, so please update if you got the buggy putty6.0-nd1.16 or the putty-nd2_preview130722.
